Proteins, fats and carbohydrates should be included in the diet of a pregnant every day, because each of these nutrients is required by the body needs of both the mother and the future baby.

It is important to maintain a drinking regime during pregnancy, but drinking a strong tea and coffee are not worth it, it is better to choose juices, fruit drinks, non-carbonated bottled water.
