Traditionally, we advise expectant mothers to refuse from smoking and drinking alcohol, to be extremely attentive to the drugs they are taking, as well as to pay maximum attention to their own health: try not to be in crowded places, protect yourself from contact with sick colleagues and relatives.

It is better not to have pets during pregnancy. Try to walk more, relax, breathe fresh air, try not to be nervous, eat healthy food and be happy that inside you there is your long-awaited baby.
