Thirty Weeks Pregnant – the woman’s legs experience the largest load. They have to “bear” an unusually large weight of the future mother, with the “growing” baby. On the one hand – hormonal changes, on the other – increase of the load on the pelvis and leg veins. Hence, the whole complex of problems of pregnant women: fatigue, swelling, protruding veins.

For the prevention of varicose veins it is necessary to wear special tights or stockings with varying degrees of compression. Doctors recommend to wear it in the afternoon, and take it off at night.

Also, pregnant women are exposed to stretching and often this fact is due to a genetic predisposition. The appearance of stretch marks is connected with the skin tension in “problem” areas: the hips, buttocks, abdomen and chest. Even healthy elastic skin can be stretched to a certain limit, and if the stretching process occurs too quickly or actively, there is often a rupture of subcutaneous fibers and then the stretch marks appear.
